Processing time

Orders sourced directly from Japan are processed within 2-5 business days. Print-on-demand items are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partners within 2-5 business days.

 

Shipping times and rates

We currently ship internationally, primarily to the United States. Shipping times vary by product origin and destination, typically 7-14 business days for items sourced from Japan and 3-7 business days for print-on-demand items shipped within the US. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

For items shipped internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are collected by the destination country's customs office and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
